It's better to binge on ramen noodles than to eat pasteurized dairy, considering long term effects!

Salt in salted pasuterized cheese dehydrates your entire body, and ages you, and manlnourishes you.

Pasteurized dairy slowly but surely clogs up your arteries, this is a serious long term effect. (It happens because of cauterized minerals, indigestible denatured sugars and proteins of milk).

Now. Let's compare it to ramen noodles.

They have some anti nutrients, and they mechanically damage your intestines a little bit (which is way less compared to salt) (hence on a grain based diet you are guaranteed to have leaky gut, but if you eat it only once in a while it's not gonna happen).
There are also some spice mix toxins.
There is also pesticides, but I bet it's not much, and I bet we can diminish this even further by eating half normal noodles and half organic noodles (I saw on an online store it once, from buckwheat, and other ones).

Do you see this?

Long term negative consequences are way worse from this processed animal food, destroyed dairy, compared to a plant. Incredible.

From noodles we get some malnourishment, which is relatively acceptable if we eat raw animal based diet in all the rest of the time.
From pasteurized homogenized dairy we get clogged arteries, forever, and too much salt dehydrating entire body (more than in spice mix of ramen).

Conclusion? It is unironically better to consume harmful ramen as a regular snack, from the insane craving we have for some snack, than to ever in a million years eat pasteurized dairy as a whole meal alternative to ramen.

This is a revelation to me.
I never realized how utter shit this denatured dairy is. It is a hard looksmin and healthmin.

I always felt very bad about continuing to binge on ramen, and from that it pushed me to consume more and more and more of pasteurized dairy.

Now I realized everything.

I can never get significant harm of ramen. And I will always get harm from every session of consuming pasteurized dairy, slowly but surely clogging my arteries.

I went to a doctor to check my diabetes. I do not have diabetes. Dairy was my problem.

No. Salt, plus cauterized minerals, plus indigestible proteins and sugars, are the only single cause of clogged arteries, besides seed oils, there is nothing else whatsoever.
Clogged arteries will create super ageing, guaranteed.

And a major point of this post is stopping of my bigotry against ramen and grain products. They are unironically not harmful whatsoever, compared to other super harmful things (coffee, pasteurized diary, salted dairy).

Not so sure. It accumulates, irregardless of how little damage it causes.

Also. When I binge I binge a lot for some reason.
Most people could easily drink 1 liter of pasteurized kefir everyday, for example.
I can drink 2 liters of it, or 1 liter of pasteurized cream, or 3 tubs of pasteurized sour cream, or an entire package of salted pasteurized cheese.

But. I can binge on big amount of ramen noodles, or pizza, with no harm in comparison.
I can eat 6 packets of ramen noodles, or 1 pizza, and it will satisfy craving for snack after days of no snack.

Embrace noodles. Become like Japanese. Eat raw flesh with sauces, and noodles (as a snack). This is better than insane deterioration (rapid ageing) all Europeans undergo because of pasteurized dairy. I see it on people's faces everyday (including from other proof that they consume a lot of dairy, including enlarged secondary features of skull and face, which is growth hormones from milk products, while all the stores around me sell 100 percent only pasteurized homogenized dairy, no exception). I know what's up.
