if you can't make your own bodyweight your own bitch then it's not worth itI can't do two arm pull up jfl
I use resistance bands to help me
I'm 105kg so it's impossible
I used to be able to do it when I was 85kg
I have complete confidence I'll be able to auschwitzmaxx in 2024 when the time comesif you can't make your own bodyweight your own bitch then it's not worth it
time to auchwitzmaxx
My squat is my most superior lift as long as I don't fuck my kneeYe I’m increasing the weight by 5 kg every workout and doing three more reps than last time. I have muscle memory and still a newb somewhat tho
@thecel how fast are you going up in lifts ? At this rate I’ll hit 100 kg bench in three months ( have only started lifting for a month). Before this I worked out 5 months and then stopped for a year
Also deadliftMy squat is my most superior lift as long as I don't fuck my knee
I regularly put 5kg on it
Feels good
It's such a god damn pain to count calories bro I've just been scarfing down food and making sure I hit proteindon't do crazy surpluses
yeah just don't go crazy shovelling burgers and shit, if you're a newb you'll be alrightIt's such a god damn pain to count calories bro I've just been scarfing down food and making sure I hit protein
What's your thoughts on one test cycle? I'm tempted every single day
100kg bench for 1RM or for reps?Ye I’m increasing the weight by 5 kg every workout and doing three more reps than last time. I have muscle memory and still a newb somewhat tho

1 rep I’m far away from repping 100 kg for 5 plus reps. I only started gym three weeks ago100kg bench for 1RM or for reps?
I never know if normies mean 1RM or reps when they brag about their numbers

I meant that I’ve started working out onlu for three weeks again after a one year hiatus. I should bench 100 kg by November
There's no way you can 1rm 100kg after three weeks unless maybe your spent your life doing manual labour
Did you notice collagen loss from one test cycle? I'm not too worried about hair but no muscle in the world is worth losing my jb tier skin genesyeah just don't go crazy shovelling burgers and shit, if you're a newb you'll be alright
test imo it does help but low-moderate doses just until you're at a good point and do everything you can to preserve hair and collagen
Whats the best surplus to gain good size enough so you don’t stay weak but not too much to become a fat fuckdangerous rabbithole
don't end up as an excessievely aged ex-roidcel like me
keep food clean and don't do crazy surpluses, and remember past a (naturally achievable) point gaining more size only impresses other mentally ill men
if brand new to lifting I'd say 500 up to even 700 if you're a skeletoncelWhats the best surplus to gain good size enough so you don’t stay weak but not too much to become a fat fuck
Where to people get the energy to count calories AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAif brand new to lifting I'd say 500 up to even 700 if you're a skeletoncel
intermediate 300-500
past that would cap at 300
some would say as low as 100 but tbh that's so low you're just spinning your wheels and may not even be in a surplus if you happen to walk or even just fidget a bit more
practice and patienceWhere to people get the energy to count calories AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
There is no way I can put anything that goes in my mouth in MFP
The secret to gaining muscle is overeating and gaining fat, unfortunately.Putting 2.5kg on my bench every session
It's alright I have my secret weapons for cutting *semaglutide and dnp*The secret to gaining muscle is overeating and gaining fat, unfortunately.
I've NEVER been able to lose fat without losing muscle. Doesn't matter what I eat or how I train. I lose fat, I lose muscle. That's how it works for me. Period. It's alright I have my secret weapons for cutting *semaglutide and dnp*
