I use resistance bands to help me
I'm 105kg so it's impossible
I used to be able to do it when I was 85kg

Ye I’m increasing the weight by 5 kg every workout and doing three more reps than last time. I have muscle memory and still a newb somewhat tho

@thecel how fast are you going up in lifts ? At this rate I’ll hit 100 kg bench in three months ( have only started lifting for a month). Before this I worked out 5 months and then stopped for a year

I regularly put 5kg on it

I'm limited by conditioning though because I get gassed really easily

keep food clean and don't do crazy surpluses, and remember past a (naturally achievable) point gaining more size only impresses other mentally ill men

yeah just don't go crazy shovelling burgers and shit, if you're a newb you'll be alright
test imo it does help but low-moderate doses just until you're at a good point and do everything you can to preserve hair and collagen

100kg bench for 1RM or for reps?
I never know if normies mean 1RM or reps when they brag about their numbers

I meant that I’ve started working out onlu for three weeks again after a one year hiatus. I should bench 100 kg by November

Did you notice collagen loss from one test cycle? I'm not too worried about hair but no muscle in the world is worth losing my jb tier skin genes

if brand new to lifting I'd say 500 up to even 700 if you're a skeletoncel
intermediate 300-500
past that would cap at 300
some would say as low as 100 but tbh that's so low you're just spinning your wheels and may not even be in a surplus if you happen to walk or even just fidget a bit more

plan out what you eat before you eat it if you wanna be really autistic
tbh this year I haven't tracked that much but I'm just loosely trying to maintain
