It's crazy how well hydrated+moisurizer works on skin

I have been drinking 3.5L/1 gallon of water with occasional ORS with WHO formula for a week now. I also moisurize my face every morning even my lips and then using lip balm with spf protection on the lips to seal moisure.

It kinda gives me glass skin and the contrast that looks healthy.
