Going from lean to high bodyfat to back to being lean again, it really opened my eyes on how much of a fucking difference it makes. I literally look at myself when I was high bodyfat from pictures I take to track my progress and it makes me sad honestly, it's two different human beings. If you're young and high bodyfat you need to drop the fucking pizza and chips ASAP and start getting on the grind because it's not worth hiding your true self to the world. You got one life, don't waste it being a fat slob. You think people are going to take you more seriously with a double chin then a jawline? No, to all you fat fucks get disciplined now and start dieting.

i drink it in moderation, when i went to mexico for like a whole month that was a huge part on why i became higher bodyfat. im going in december again and my cousins drink hella but im not going to drink every fucking day like they do lol
