For example when you’re eating dinner with someone and her family is there snd you have to look people in the face and eyes and they all are joking and having fun but you’re in panic mode because you cant relate to anything and you’re scared shitless.
You’re most comfortable when you can be yourself. But no one likes you, so how can you be you?
