Good fucking question tbh.
I have my fathers disgusting wide hips(he was high e + narrow shoulders, my mom legit laughts at his frame when mentioned), but as I understand I have some shoulder width as well(people tell me I look wide as well as tall).
Idk tbh.
Hopefully I won't have to inject e for 6'8 tranny maxxing.

not even jfl. i’ve never seen so many fit framelets at my gym either. it’s so sad to see a 5’8 narrow clavicle gymcel tbh. they wonder why they can’t get big like everyone else.

im starting to think that the old wives tale that lifting stunts growth is legit.
nutrients used in muscular hypertrophy could have been spent on osteoclast and osteoblast proliferation to grow taller and robust bones.
swimming, basketball and HIIT sprints until 21 are ideal. lifting is cope.

But how much nutrients are actually used up in muscular hypertrophy? Surely simply eating in a caloric surplus would solve this issue entirely if your concern if energy being used to generate new muslce rather than new bone etc
