You won’t stay on Fin forever and when you finally stop taking it after years you find out your liver is fucked, your kidneys are dying etc

I'll just wait for Kevin "DHT is a trash hormone" Mann to "destroy" this study so I don't have to do any reading. Good thing I only use topical fin at a low dose.

What’s the diff between topical and the other one?

Nigga all that research for like 20+ years is saying it's perfectly safe and only a tiny fraction of the population experience side effects, then it turns out DHT is an important factor for the general health of your soft tissues, I didn't even know there was a risk of developing type 2diabetes, kidney dysfunction or dry eye disease ffs.

I'm not norwooding now or at least not noticeably but fuck it I'll try RU first, it seems more promising since it doesn't affect the regulation of your hormones. If all else fails then wig it is tbh ngl.

Finasteride and dutasteride are frequently prescribed for long-term treatment of lower urinary tract symptoms in men with BPH and in men with AGA. This treatment may result in development of non-alcoholic fatty liver diseases (NAFLD), insulin resistance (IR), type 2 diabetes (T2DM), dry eye disease, potential kidney dysfunction, among other metabolic dysfunctions. We suggest that long-term use of finasteride and dutasteride may be associated with health risks including NAFLD, IR, T2DM, dry eye disease and potential kidney disease

Theoretically less systemic absorption and the ability to use a lower does since it's being applied locally. But I'm in my mid-20s now so I may as well be taking it orally (less than 1mg/daily though) for prostate health.

So it’s also less effective than pills?

It's probably much less effective for addressing benign prostatic hyperplasia, but not necessarily for hair.

why don't women experience mbp/AGA then? Also why are there multiple people who are either starving or have dogshit diets but still have no hairloss at all
