I’ve reached that point. The point where when given the choice between being a normal NT social being and staying at home and rotting, I have been isolated for so long that I prefer rotmaxxing at home. My mentality is utterly fucked now. I have learned to not only cope with the situation but now actively favour it even though I now have the options.

How many RL friends do you have? Just try to do something with others regularly, like an activity/sport, you have to force yourself at first if you were rotting for longer but then you realize what good of a cope it is
Also think about how the best memories in life are made with others, and not being alone at home
