Yeah I'm locked out of the rental market too. I live in LCOL area but I'd still have to work full time manual labor because you need a pay stub proving you make 3x the rent each month.

i invested in instant pot and learning how to cook. saved me alot of time and money. i eat healthy, cheap and yummy. can cook most things witht hat esp paired with air fryer
