Once the taboo against genetics research goes away (it will happen eventually) it will be even more giga-over for immigrants and their descendants because at the point the meme of racial equality won't even exist and nobody will bother virtue signaling to the 'lesser' peoples anymore. The original natives (almost all of who will enjoy higher social status) will occupy all the prestigious positions in society while the brown immigrant hordes scrubs toilets for 2$ an our or barely gets by on some kind of UBI scheme.
