i watched that full video, shiiit the surgery was the opposite of satisfying to watch, they really grinded off his gum and removed a whole part of his mandible. they removed his chin and put some bolts on it so it levitates above where it's normally supposed to be to give it a bigger chin look. was it just me or did he have a longer midface in the after too?

I didn't say they were going to shorten his midface or had to, i just felt like his midface looked longer after as opposed to before. Perhaps that's just the heavily lens distorted, almost fisheye like camera they used to film that guy creating some kind of illusion that his midface is shorter than it actually is.

Whatever. His chin did get fixed tho. They also removed his fat pads but still one side of his face had a hollow look and the other less. Imo they should've worked on the ramus as well, but they didn't. It is what it is.
