After getting a dumbed down version, yes I see what u mean but equally unlike half the rotted people on here I am not chasing a crazy unrealistic perfection, my orbitals or whatever else u just said r probs all recessed and fucked and whatever, all I’m after is a neutral/ slightly positive canthal tilt and then a temporal brow lift

Then do pdo threads go check hullo, sunshine, even zeta did this 1 year ago it can lift temporary you canthal tilt for 6-12 months

Threads r shit and not permanent, I have enough upkeep on my face that needs redoing every year

Plus (idk where u r) but a lot of places in the uk don’t even offer threads cos of how shit and unsafe they r, I watched a whole video on it awhile ago

Tbh im going to do my cantho and tbl, I did my rhino without advice from here so I think I will be okay

If you have the money then go straight to it but check what you mean canthopexy or canthoplasty the first one pulls from the side your and make you canthal tilt more positive almost with no visible scars but canthoplasty reshapes your eye like you can ask to cut it a little bit the lower eyelid to be closer or upper like reshaping your eyes i would recommend the first one if you want only canthal tilt more positive
