There are pretty much two types of surgeons. The specialist and the generalist. Most are somewhere inbetween.

The smartest and most safe way to do surgeries is to go to specialists for each procedure. But not allways. Or for some never.

Many people on this site often gets stuck in the maxifacial and craniofacial part of surgery. You are sold totally that a chad is just a matter of bones so ofc you need ostetomies and implants lets say. But this is obv very false and i think everyone know this. But even the ones who think they know this thinks the rest is skin care, and some peptides, maybe some fat grafts. But for many its deeper than this. I mean i could make or will make threads to make this very obv sometime.

But for now just understand who you consult with, and for some who are unsure about there face and also dont want to share there face so they sit alone. It can be good to go to a generalist or diffrent type specialists. Or maybe some surgeon that is recognized for understanding the broader aesthetics of a face. Not some psl cuck on a forum that knows some ratios even if that has its part too. But a surgeon who also knows aesthetics can understand better what is in the possibility range for your anatomy and whats safe and worth. Also ofc go deeper in each part of your face that you feel look off and try to understand it the best you could. your anatomy etc

The safest, smartest, and most cost effective is giant if you have the time to wait in his que. Because he is the only one who is a specialist, a generalist and a psl authist.:Comfy:
