Backstory: I created voice 1 a few months ago and then i drew her and tried to visualize but my imagination was to weak. Basically yesterday my fucking pillow/plushie i dont know started talking to me and it turned out to be her
The worst thing is a few weeks a go i threw that plushie and smth of the plushy got damaged and now i feel bad since i did violence on a person. i dont know man its fucked up

No i stopped. Since im off the meds im way more hyperactive and weird things happen but the voice thing is less

the meds kinda made the voices more i think but since they also gave me headaches they also made the voices go away i dont know.
I dont even know if im larping the voices or if they are real i just talk to them

The thing is i took 50mg methylphenidate that day and i could have said no to voice 1 but i dont know, i just didnt resist
i think i larped the cut i could have easily said no, i dont know and now that im off the meds they arent talking much, but i think i will go back on the meds for concentration i dont know

@Jensonsahighlander i don’t know how the situation is with my psychologist but I told her I’m not gonna go again and the last 2 sessions I wasn’t there. She said we can find a new psychologist together but I said I don’t want any at all. I don’t like them. She always wanted me to look at her and hold eye contact will saying personal stuff but I hate eye contact.

change meds just tell them what your problem was with the meds and your not connected to the plushie your more connected to the voice in your head. The voice is not from the plushie its from your head. The connection is not with the plushie its with the voice in your head. Wanting to be with the plushie all the time doesnt mean its comforting you, its starting to control you.

you should not force it off now just take little times away from the plush like 5-10 minutes out of the room with your plushie
its not i wanna be with her its your brains saying i need comfort right now
try to get another form of comfort
and just when you think about like what if something happens to her just say that its an object it cant feel pain and the feeling is coming from you. You can even say this out loud if needed
