honestly prob around 2 hours at a time. I haven't maxed out how many hours I can handle, I just don't lay in bed for 8 hours when I'm awake to be able to do it for 4+ hours everyday.

results are permanent once they are cemented.
a realistic size increase is 1 inch in a year and maybe another .5-1inch in the second year. or 30-35% of your starting length
