It's hard to mew

I can't mew , it's hard for me . I can control the front and middle also the back but when i swallow the back of my tongue blocks my airway and I cant breath at all . When I drop like around 5% like others said i lose control and i can only control my front and middle. I dont have any problems with my tongue i dont have tongue ties , narrow palate or any kind of these stuffs also i dont have deviated septum
