I am literally going insane and totally depressed. Been training for months without any success. I am not even building strength.
Push pull 4 times a week. I am 178cm and was 68kg 1 month ago with 2300 calories a day. I upped to 2500-2600 a day and gained 1kg of pure FAT. My belly went from flat to chubby and fluffy.
I really start to think i have a massive hormonal problem. Maybe its cortisol because i am stressed and anxious the whole day, or simply low t high E.
When i was 18/19/20/21 i could gain muscles very fast and had insane pumps/agression and power. I was 83kg ripped. Now i am just a depressed skinny fat loser
