Messi? this man has been playing soccer his whole life and is 5'7. height is mostly just genetics. its just that most ppl who are good at sports tend to be tall so thats why u see so many tall athletes.

Yes. I was one of the best athletes at my school and played a college sport.

It's a chicken and egg problem though. When I walked into my high school as a 6'7" 14 year old every sports coach came up and asked me to join their team. Correlation /= causation.
