Its impossible to make male friends after 25

Almost all of them have become work peons who only focus on work or watching netflix. Most are low energy af and look depressed

Also most of them are in a relationship which consumes 90% of their time so they dont have time for anything

I want some good friends but its so difficult to find good friends after 25

Most all my relationships with women are pretty short term or casual so no real way for them to find out. The few that have actually found out didn’t care or did think it was weird but still kept sleeping with me

gluten free diet
avoidance of all oils and fried food

multi day water fasting once a month
high quality multivitamin and mineral supps

lots of water
lots of sleep
lots of antioxidant foods like berries

rarely drink alcohol

reduction of stress in general

i don't use anything topically for my skin, the skin is the biggest organ so its health should be approached the way any other organ would be, through diet and supplementation
