I quit after 5 years of smoking. You just gotta endure for 1 month. It's a very addictive drug indeed. I was assisted by antismoking pills that behave as nicotine in my brain. Now I don't smoke even without pills.

According to Allen Carr He was Smoking 100 cigarettes (5 Packs) a day for 30 years and then one day quit them all and He Claims He didnt have any withdrawal Symptoms.

Btw allen carr the alleged expert (He basically called himself a God many Times in His own book) of quitting smoking died of lung cancer
