I train 5 times per week, and I spend almost 2 hours per day at the gym... like, in total I'm spending almost 10 hours per week at the gym, and my abs are still pretty much invisible.

I'm not skinnyfat, I don't have a pronounced belly, it's just straight up flat.

I train them 5 times a week, and I give them enough time to rest, like, I don't feel fatigue, pain or anything of that sort.

My stomach hair connects to my chest hair then my armpit then my bicep then my arm hair. Also my stomach hair also connects to my shoulder hair then back hair and ass hair and ball hair all connect like a nice road tbh

Those gym equipments to measure your bf have a margin of error, I'm probably at 11-12% bf

But not 15% bf, that's too far away from what I was actually measured.

Tried taking pics with better lightning + flexing and they're still almost invisible

These photos also refute the inkwells saying I'm high-bf or smt of that sort.

Everything about this thread and the replies is so silly, OP you’re not lean enough it’s that simple, your body fat is too high to even expect to have abs by now assuming average genetics. I don’t know what reading you got done at the gym but almost every type of body fat test can be wildly, wildly inaccurate and just visually I can tell you’re not even at 12

Training abs to make them bigger is a thing but that’s just going to give you a slight boost. All that really matters is body fat percentage and how your body fat is genetically distributed but that’s a bridge you’re gonna have to cross once you’re actually lean enough

I started gymmaxxing 11 months ago, but like, didn't go to the gym during some months because of vacations and things of that sort, so I would say I've been gymmaxxing for approximately 9 months :ogre:.

you really think it's more likely that you're some insane genetic anomaly or that you're just one of the many casual gym goers who is delusional about their real body fat percentage? I promise you everyone who doesn't have some crazy deformation can get lean enough to see clearly defined abs, you just aren't lean enough dude. What kind of body fat reading did you have done to get measured at 8%?
 
If you even just look at the comments on the video I linked you'll see that it's filled with memes/jokes about how everyone does the same exact delusional coping that you're doing right now.
