SInce i started mewing i got tmd, then tinnitus, then pain because of the tmd, than grinding the teeth at night is making them small, and now my eyes and nose are becoming very assymetricals (This is the worst, is like my face is actually turning one side).

Best results I had were from temporalis chewing. In theory it widens the lower arch due to the mechanism of pulling the lower teeth against the upper jaw

mewing and doctor mendell got rid of my tmj when i got slapped on one side of my face, also extraction brace and chewing more on one side. not being satirical here btw, but idk, maybe it just healed naturally.


tmj is from set back jaw and then when u chew, ur aggrevating joint. ive brought my jaw forward a bit i think. also did other stuff like slight jutting etc, idk if id recommend that tho

It's not dude. I saw some asian woman on the r/plasticsurgery who had really wide masculine jaw and she got botox and it shrunk her masseters and she had a feminine jaw after. Masseters can really change the shape of your jaw if you grow them
