You have two sets of people and you pair them up, it’s as simple as that, and when you introduce chaos the entire process breaks down to the point where nothing is salvageable.
I don’t understand why anyone would choose to be a replaceable cog over this basic security.
You might as well start decommissioning power plants and water treatment facilities, they’re oppressive and we don’t really need them anyway.
