Right now, I have a lot of free time, I do my workouts early at 11 AM, I eat 3 big meals each day and workout 4 days per week, and in between that time, I really don't know what to do since I am taking a semester off because I couldn't deal with studying at home. Next semester, I'll be able to go into class for real instead of Microsoft Teams. In the meantime, I'm just trying to keep myself busy, and I have a lot of trouble finding things that I'm interested in because of my ADHD.

Like for example, I try a new game that came out recently, then I give up on the game after 1 hour because I find it boring, I do the same with movies, tv shows and books also, and that is even though I take a high dose of ADHD medication, I can focus but I'm not interested, I feel like whatever I do is a waste of time except eating, training and sleeping. If there was no quarantine, right now I'd be focusing on interacting with as many people as possible in real life and meeting women but I can't and I'm really bored.
