It's just wierd that im the only person at 20 who still gets acne

Legit absolutely know no one who gets acne at my age, im the only subhuman who still gets massive acne on my back, shoulders and face quite regularly. Am i still in puberty, legit wtf is going on

That shit is very harsh and has side effects on par with fin if not worse, especially the hair fall. I don't have severe acne to consider it, most of the time i have around 5-7 active pimples

I do use topical antibiotics daily, it definitely helps by at least 50% if not more tho, but just not fully thats the problem tbh
