The only reason you want jaw surgery, is that you need soft tissue support for submental.

Brad pitt has literally small submental, small projection of chin, no ogre curve so his midface looks flat, no browridge.... Yet he is atrractive because of small nose, eyes and skull.

If I could i would inject pure collagen into my brain and hair folicius. Then cut my nose projection off.

I swear god almost every chad I KNOw have small nose. iTS def not failo for men. Most important part of face is eyes and thick hair. Bones will make you look better but you can still look cute with soft bones.
