Last night i a lot and i went to sleep and i was really upset remembering shit in the past how ive been left out made fun of and whatnot, my struggles with autism

I really couldnt sleep for a while even on melatonin

Honestly i just carry strong self hatred and chronic sadness. I hate being autistic i wish i was normal

I’m currently driving on the highway on my way to school I’m writing this as I go, and honestly your feelings are valid bro if you were to ask anyone on planet earth, they would tell you the same thing that they feel behind and it’s a natural emotion to feel anger or sadness because of it, it’s what makes us HUMAN. Everyone is going at their own pace life ain’t supposed to be a race take it easy on yourself.

how do i get over a girl i cant forget? ive loved her for years, she never loved me back, but in the beginning i remember how soft spoken and loving she was, ive neven been cared for or loved for my whole life. she showed me what love was, now i cant forget her but it was clear she was just using me, im drugging my life away. I have an addiction now, and im going down a deep place that soon enough i wont be able to get out of.

I won’t lie to you, this is one of the hardest things to get over if im
being honest no sugar coating. It’s going to take months, years even to get over her due to her implanting a psychological version of herself into your mental as a “perfect girl” but you gotta understand man. You was SOMEONE before you met her regardless if that person was in a bad or good position at the time but atleast you know that you were fine without her at one point. TBH im not telling you to stop doing drugs it’s an escape for some people but be conscious of what it’s doing to you mentally. It’s like a trade with the devil he’s selling you a temporary escape from which gives pleasure but at the cost of sanity. What im saying is pick your poison man, which im really hoping you bounce back harder and better than ever. I want to see you win, make me proud! P.s even in the darkest of nights you can see the brightest of stars
