Literally just workout if you are in puberty. I've already written a thread on how my vegetarian uncle got a very good amount of muscle tone + mass with big hand, thick fingers etc.
Despite being vegetarian, he was brought up in a farming household for most of his life. Never touched a weight but he always did farmers walks when carrying buckets to water durian trees, he always helped around the house, raked the lawn, hammered loose nails, slice open coconuts, worked for long hours in the sun, played football etc.
Trust me it's good for your work ethic and body. Just ask your parents to let you help :
-Vacuum the house
-Let you cook
-Clean the toilets, fans etc.
Anything else that will help you get your hands dirty.
