If I didn't spend all day rotting, never showering, and took care of myself, and stopped spending so much time online or at a screen, I would probably have a gf right now. The problem is my laziness, I do literally nothing, I don't even have the energy to go on dates with girls, the only time I want to be near a girl is if we're gonna fuck and then I immediately go back to my rotter routine afterwards. I can never get a gf cuz my interest completely goes away after like 2 weeks.

You can fix it though. Start small with a part time job to get motivated and help you get some movement in life. Then once the ball starts rolling everything else gets easier and slowly add shit every month.
