firstly, get him to take a normal pic like at a normal position so we can see the front how it would look in everyday life, but from what i can see rn ill try my best:

he needs to be tall, if he isnt, fix that, if hes old and his growth pallettes closed alr which he doesnt look old enough for that to be the case, then start saving for height surgery.
grow his hair out, horrible haircut does not suit him, he needs a mod cut, fix skin (high grade retinol like aklef, accutane, tret, ghk wtv he needs), i reccomend tret tho cuz that would depuff his nose a bit too which is always good. find a way to bring color to his lips, the brown lips arent it on him
