My parents were both slightly older when I was born witch is fine but still can give slightly worse genetics, my mom used to be vegan, witch is ofc a great way to have underdeveloped kids. Also i was fed primarily plants as a child mostly oats and loads of vegetables, the food was so sub optimal that I would throw up all the time and dump my food in the trash and go to bed hungry, also I was super skinny and high e, before you say I just had bad genetics, my face looked fine post puberty with htn potential but as I developed my face got long and asymmetrical. And my pallet started caving in also I had an insanly tiny amount of protein. Im now reccesed. Even at 11% body fat i still look boneless. Not only was i physically stunted but mentally, I was homeschooled and had practicly no friends or social skills, I'm somewhat nd but being raised in the environment I was raised exastrabaits the nd traits severely. My parents were very strict and I missed out on tons of social events and normal childhood experiences. Luckily I had internet access to teach me what was normal. Now I'm 17 and meeting more people I feel like a fish out of water and got bullied alot especially this summer, and realized I should be even more insecure than I already was. Because of how mentally stunted I am even 14yrold normies treat me like a little kid even though I'm pushing 18
