It’s mostly genetics tbh. How tall are your parents? For the past 7 years (since I was about 11), I’ve gotten like 6 hours of sleep on average and I’m 6’1

I feel you, my schedule is almost identical in terms of waking up and when school starts. Nothing more dreadful then waking up on a Monday-Friday morning. At least you’re NT and you go to a normal school
