only read this if you have attention for it.

It’s never over.

I don’t care what corner of the internet says otherwise. I’m not genetically finished, and I’m not accepting some random rating as a life sentence.

Most of the “it’s over” mindset comes from three things:

Being out of shape
Poor grooming
No direction

That’s not genetics. That’s neglect.

First, body fat maxxing alone can completely change your face. Get lean (low bodyfat) and your face might sharpen, bonestructure will show, eyes look more defined. That’s not surgery that’s discipline.

Second, grooming and style matter more than people admit. A clean haircut that fits your head shape, clear skin, trimmed facial hair, clothes that actually fit your frame that alone moves you up multiple points. Most guys never even optimize the basics.

Third personality maxxing presence. Posture, eye contact, voice control. A lot of dudes think they’re ugly when they’re really just anxious and withdrawn. Stand straight, speak slower, stop apologizing for existing. That alone changes how people perceive you.

And then there’s time.

People act like if you’re not “finished” at 19 it’s over. That’s nonsense. Most men peak later because muscle mass, money, confidence, and social proof compound. A 22-year-old who feels average can look completely different at 25 with three years of lifting, skincare, and real-world experience.

That’s not delusion. That’s controllable.

Are there genetic differences? Of course. But the gap between “unoptimized” and “optimized” is way bigger than most people admit. The majority of men never fully optimize.

I’m not coping. I’m building.

It’s not over unless I stop trying. And I’m not stopping until i have it.

Did ChatGPT write this? U need to ascend as fast as possible, you can’t think you’ll peak at 25 and never have had sex, a GF, or even your first kiss. Cmon now. The hole in your soul will only grow and your peers will run laps around you romantic life wise.

Shit, I'm 17 and I remember when I had that mentality at 13, hope you reach at least some of your goals, for some of us that never will.
