Well it is but it’s more about
1. How high is your ceiling
2. Do you have the means to achieve it
Someone could be way uglier than me , or anyone else, but potentially look better.
A lot of complete ugly packages think surgery saves them when that’s bluepill. Think that Timothy guy, his ceiling is horrible. Surgery saves ugly people who were either conventionally good looking as children, or if have good soft tissue/ underlying features. They could be even subhuman, but they need those criteria I mentioned.
