As we all know things such as height and a strong jaw are attractive to women, this is due to them being an indicator of good genetics. Note, they are attractive because they are signs of good genes, not they are good genes because they are attractive. This is water to many users, but this rule/law has certain implications. We can for example mimic good genes, one such example being gymcelling. A woman has no evolutionary mechanism to determine number of hours spent in the gym and muscle mass (basically women aren't born with the innate knowledge that guys with big muscles have so because of the gym, her lizard brain doesn't understand that) which means to a woman's lizard brain those muscles of yours are "natural" i.e. you were born that way. Having such high muscular mass suggests high levels of test and in turn good genes - it's why gymcelling is so effective. You've frauded your genes, you make her believe you will give her offspring that strong.

Reason being, prettyboys have naturally good hormones. To be that skinny/lean constantly and tall suggests you have an excellent hormone balance, lyle mcdonald covers this on an article describing the difference between dieted down slim people and naturally slim people. The naturally slim people tend to have better hormone profiles, such as better levels of leptin and testosterone as well as greater nutrition partitioning. Thus these pretty boys slay, they have good genes, their hormone profile mogs.
It's also why cutting down to a low bf% mogs too, being lean is an indicator of good hormone profile.
Now with this fairly obvious knowledge being given, lets now talk NT and personality.
As we all know, things such as intelligence are genetically determined, and so women will thus be attracted to intelligent men - and yes shut up I know what this already sounds like. You guys clown on NTpill but it is legit, being NT means you pass the basic threshold of intelligence. If you are witty this is a major halo because it indicates good intelligence thus good genes. So you need to learn to fraud intelligence, you can do this by learning basic game, watching stand up comedy/sitcoms, reading books, etc. You need to consume comedic media that is intelligent as well as start reading, if you are able to fraud intelligence and steal jokes you will be given a leg up.
Now with all this shit being said, it is essentially obvious knowledge.
If you want to know shit to looksmax/improve on, google "male human secondary sexual characteristicts" and essentially use these as your baseline to maxx out on. Things such as shoulder to waist ratio matter loads and by gymaxxing you put yourself in a good position.
