1. For most things on this forum the average normie doesn't have enough of an understanding to know "why" something looks better, this doesn't mean these things don't make a difference (an easy to understand example would be cheap vs expensive suits - the average person can tell one looks better than the other, but they couldn't tell you why).

2. Medial canthal tilt alone isn't going to take you let you ascend, but these small things add up. This is common sense.

you cannot have a long downturned medial canthus lenght without have at least 4 degree+ minimum of pct
that being said both are extremely important in an eye area
you cannot have one without the other
