Good looking people have an aura. An aura that subconsciously makes them look 'bold' and 'confident'. They don't have to work for it. It's just there. I have experienced this even when I know that it's just looks halo but it literally doesn't matter. You still sense the 'aura'.
And the brutal part is that this isn't even specific to sexual relations/attractiveness. It holds true for everything. If you are chad/Stacey you can look 'confident' simply by standing still and starring at somebody with a pokerface. Do the same with incel tier looks and you will look like a rapist/serial killer/creep etc.
Tbh personalities probably don't even exist for the most part. 'Personality' = How people perceive you depending on your looks
