Your eyes are buggish eyes, which are not deep set and round. Look at actor cilian Murphy. He has bug eyes. Not much you can do about it so just have to not worry about it and accept that's how it is and improve the rest of your face

Since your black, you most likely have stopped growing at 16, but check your growth plates and if open hop on an aromatise inhibitor and a growth hormone secretagogue. Make sure you sleep well, supplement vitamin d and k2 and eat a lot of good food especially protein get 150g+ of protein every day.

Try doing manual stretches for your penis see if you can get 0.5-1 inch since penis size is quite important for blacks
