I’m going to lock in.

It’s now or never.

Consistency is what I need.

I gained a bit of fat during the may- july period

Since august- September I regained a lot of muscle back (muscle memory) and lost some bodyfat.

Now it’s die hard strict rules.

I’m just going to do everyday what I need to do. In terms of skincare, diet, sleep, workout.
One step at a time.

Also planning on getting surgeries and harder softmaxxes such as radio frequency devices and microneedling.

September was a warm-up. Winter arc is coming.

If you’re still going to rot for the next couple of months on here then you’re doing yourself a huge disadvantage.

Winter period is where i’m on my best in terms of sleep, physique and dating.

For some reasons summer is where I fail.
