Gonna bulk from now until Ramadan hopefully. I’m 145 lbs rn and gonna try to get to 170-200 range and then cut from there.

More like 2500-2800 per day for 5 months. I could try to aim for 3k some days
I guess if you just lay down and rot it may be enough with 2.5k

Actually considering my height and weight, and the amount I exercise. I’d need around 2500-2800.
 
No. I just can’t eat all that cuz I struggle to physically
It's not complex, 1.5-2 L milk / kefir / yoghurt, 200 g organ meat, 200 g meat (f.e. ground beef), 200 g fatty fish, 200 g butter, 150-200 g cheese and whatever else you would want to add. Without anything added that should be +3.5k. Easy economical diet.

ok but that’s too much calories. Bulking should be a slow process that’s easy on the stomach

Reduce the dairy by half or more and add some carbohydrates.

How else are you supposed to build muscle and lose fat (in order to lose facial fat for aesthetics) as well as build a nice body?

Protein builds muscle not extra calories to turn you into a fatass
 
Impossible for me to bulk tbh
