Its ok to apply sea salt and texture powder together?

So my hair is straight and everytime I come out of house it looks like absolute shit, plus my forehead is giant.
So I decided to try some products to see what happens.
I bought Schwarzkopf Osis+ texture powder and a sea salt spray.

Its ok to apply both together or should I use only one product?
