try hitting the gym, do body exercices first and check how's your body going. if like in a year nothing changes then just wait, then hop on test it'll help alot. also if you wanna max your chances of growing hop on HGH (it's not clear 100% you'll get very tall, because it still depends on genetics and just makes you growing faster)
