Betabuxxing ain't it, looksmaxxing obsessively ain't it either, working out is boring, having a regular job is cucked. Self-improvement is a meme. Even becoming a serial killer or terrorist in this gynocentric society is more based than doing all the other stuff I mentioned earlier.
The only stuff that's left that is based are video games, eating meat, boxing/martials and other sports (although they are pretty pointless), some select movies and a small amount of music.
Having kids and supporting the system financially gotta be one of the most braindead decisions possible nowadays. You basically need to starve it and get it to collapse by barely participating in it but most morons do the opposite and are glorified slaves.
