I have two dogs which I adore and care for. However, I got to thinking: despite their excellent treatment, they will never get to slay. Sure, on their worst day they have it better than 95% of dogs do on their best day (just as western humans do), but is that what they want? Would my dogs be happier in some third world shithole living on the street and slaying canine beckies? Do any other pet owners agree/have similar thoughts?

Dogs doing dog things are happier than dogs that are neutered and live in a golden cage.
