He can still look very good bro. I looked very good in my prime too. I used to party 2-3 days a week dancing kept me ar low bf even with pizza and rum, smoking and debauchery, still looked lean and defined. My frame disintegrated from sedentary life on workcel plus studycelling. Tbh you HAVe to get in the gym because I’d been coping with home workouts (autistically measuring every week and giving myself a pat for 1mm muscle increase) before coming over to looksmax and now i see the difference like night and day. Literally gained in 1 month gymcel as much as i gained in 6months body weight fml.

He also has the disdvantage like me of his face melting away and getting more disproportionate and asymmebtrical with age due to maxillary support issues as well as malocclusion. I’m at his same age and can see how my bones fucked up due to not taking care of the malocclusion.
