looks like ur palate is narrow, consider a palate expander, don’t use hydrocortisone ur nose is still growing, don’t bonesmash it doesn’t work, and don’t use aqualyx

You look significantly better than I did at 15 and I went from Sub5-lmtn by 18 (you’re not even sub 5 currently btw) Let puberty run its course and do what you can to enhance your genetic potential while you’re young enough to do it but don’t be so critical of yourself you aren’t even done developing.
