I have marfan syndrome so I'm naturally skinny asf, but I still exercise in the hope that it will increase my hormones.

So I went to this new gym and I met the coach, he made me lift a few light weights and after some time my arms became tired and I couldn't even lift 2kg.
I knew he was laughing and mocking me internally but I kept going, even a roidmaxxed oldcel saw me and said some snarky comment to my coach. When I got home I saw he left me a message saying "Imma be real honest, you have a serious strenght issue, you're too weak, you don't have any strenght, so If you want to make any progress you'll need to come to the gym more".

Brutal blackpill for me boys, legit I just want to sleep and never wake up or maybe wake up from this bad dream; I just want to leave society cuz I know everywhere I go I will be blackpilled and mocked by everyone for my face and body (I'm so horrendous that I might just be the ugliest guy in my school and have been told by a few people that I'm the ugliest person they've ever seen), I just want to go to some wild mountains and live in a fucking shack and never have human contact with anyone ever again, I would at least only be mogged by the animals there.

Dude pretty much just told me in a nice way: "You're fucking human dogshit and should rope you're disgusting to look at".

This is the end of my post, I hope you boyos don't have to go through the same pain as I have. :feelswhy::feelswhy::feelswhy:

If you cant even lift 2kg why tf go there? Just lift fucking water bottles. And you have tutorials on youtube to not fuck up .

I legit never went to gym but still mog all of them strength wise , you should start with calisthenics .

Nigga I used to do push ups at my house but I went on vacation and didn't work out for a month.
 
I can lift 2kg at first probably up to 6kg but then when I get really tired I can't even lift my arms.

Nah bro I'm not being defensive just telling you the facts. And idk how it is where you live man but I've gone to the gym before and people are just fucking assholes and not supportive at all in fact they've mocked me quite a lot of times. Last time I was going to a gym I would be anxious as fuck cuz all the gymbros and foids would mock me and laugh and sometimes I would be so anxious that I would leave after 20 minutes of workout.

I'm 6'0 and weight 55kg. I eat like a fucking pig not even capping but I have marfan syndrome so I'm fucked, it doesn't matter how much I eat, I will always be skinny. I have some hope that if I roidmaxxed I could at least look normal but I don't know how to get roids where I live.

My recommendation would be to get a basic home weight set with a bench press and to build yourself up some for a while and then join gym. Even push ups and pull ups can give a lot of progress.

I don't fap anymore nigga but anyways I don't see how just sleeping 8 hours, eating well, not fapping and gymcelling would make me high t. To be high t I would probably have to do all of that plus inject a fuckton of testosterone but I have no idea how to get that, I might go to the endocrinologist soon and see if I can get him to give me it.

Just train consistently at home bro, once you get good at the basics, push ups, squads, sit ups and body rows then go to the gym. Add pull ups if you can

It’s not as bad as it seems tbh man. My advice is just keep training, everyone starts somewhere one day you will be able to beat up that coach

How old were you? I've done pushups and training before/in puberty and even though I worked my ass off, it didn't go anywhere.

Then a few years later I started again, this time with heavy weight. I deadlifted close to 100kg after one month and gained 30kg of bodyweight in one year while keeping a sixpack (although I did gain a lot of fat as well). I literally quadrupled my strength in a year and I don't have good strength genetics, atleast not for static strength.

Im 5,10 and 55kg (120 pounds) i do not have marfan syndrome but i absolutely hate the gym. My mom makes me go 3 times a week and she got me this trainer who's always like are you remembering to eat and other shit. I haven't made any progress and people just treat me like a loser at the gym.

Then he s right for asking if you eat .
If you dont it s all useless. I was 59kg 6'0 when i was a teen, im 100% confident when people say they eat a lot but dont gain weight they re actually not eating enough.

My weight went up only after force feeding myself, i felt like puking the meals out, but eventually my stomach expanded so eating a lot is now my standard.
