I js turned 15 im 5ft6 . My dad is also 5ft6 my moms 5ft 2 . Dad had a late spurt, at 15 he was 146 now hes 167 . My growth been rlly slow lately .I usually grow around 10 cm every year. But since 13 -14 i only grew 6 cm and grew like an inch last year. Ive always been shortest in my class not until grade 8 i had someone shorter but was still very short. I dont know what to do, Ik im a fag a greycel so you guys dont need to say it again and i need help

just start eating raw meat and raw milk and get good sleep dont stay up past 10 and stay away from any substances like nicotine thc and alcohol. Its worth a try.

Last year i dieted the hardest, i was getting good foods in like a lot of meat and raw milk to try a cope. But tbh i wasnt eating alot. Stuck at 53 kg for a year now

was 169(morning mesrumentn obviouly) and now im 174cm(6 monthsa later) nextyear ill reach my growth peak

idk, i was realy short, my dad is 5'9(morning, remember morning height is when you mesure)
so im 1cm shorter tahn him
14 to 18 i didnt realy grow and i was between 165 to 167
i was severly overweight or obese, now im losing it

raw organs like raw liver would be even better if you can get your hands on it. Also dont stress yourself out because that can also be a factor.

In my countries there is no local butcher. I get my meat from a butcher than import meats from aus but they got no organs

thats ridiculous maybe if you want you can buy liver from a grocery store and cook it if you are afraid of the quality. add it in to whatever else you are eating.

Ye i was eating cooked liver, heart and tounge like 2 or 3 times a week aswell i forgot to say it upthere

Since tis normal ore puberty you have a bit higher growth rate, then it slowes, then it accelerated and then peak

No shit mb it was from 11 to 13 bc i was like always the shortest as a kid in my class , i dont remember how much i grew b4 tho.

Hopefully it wasnt early puberty bc my pubic hair started growing when i was like 12.5 and my armpits hair started growing when i was around 14.7 or sum
