Nah, @Blackgymmax brought it to my attention, I forgot the people that struggle with this stuff struggle with interpreting emotions. So in that example you listed, I would say it depends on how she was looking at you. For me, if it's quick and we are in a school setting and I know I could see her again, I wouldn't move on just those quick looks, but if she did it again, that's highish probability. But even then, people look at you way kind of way when they are interested, that's not something I can explain, at all.
Personally i can only tell after the fact. Usually in the moment i think nothing of it and think shes being nice or something or maybe i have food on my mouth
